ADHDiva: Unleashing the Superwoman Within is an eight-week journey designed exclusively for women like you, who are ready to turn their ADHD from a challenge into an asset.

We'll be playing Sherlock with our brains, investigating the unique ways ADHD manifests in women and unraveling its mysteries. We won't just be talking about our struggles, but also celebrating our distinctiveness. After all, who wants to be ordinary when you can be extraordinary?

We'll delve into the science, the symptoms, and the strategies, sprinkling it all with a dash of humor and a pinch of irony. We'll explore how to harness your ADHD superpowers and use them to your advantage, in a world that's often too linear for our vibrant minds.

So, ladies, put on your detective hats, your superhero capes, or whatever else tickles your fancy, and join us in "ADHDiva: Unleashing the Superwoman Within". Because being different isn't a weakness, it's a secret strength waiting to be discovered.

The main goals of this program are to increase understanding of ADHD, equip women with strategies to manage their symptoms, enhance self-care and stress management, improve emotional regulation, build healthier relationships, boost self-esteem, and navigate the workplace successfully. The desired outcomes are improved quality of life, increased self-confidence, and enhanced overall wellbeing.

HERE'S AN OUTLINE OF WHAT WE'LL COVER:

Session 1:

  • Understanding ADHD in women

  • Discussing how ADHD affects the lives of women and those around them

  • Strategies for managing symptoms

Session 2:

  • Managing time and prioritizing tasks

  • Tools and techniques for increasing productivity

Session 3:

  • Self-care and stress management

  • Developing effective coping skills

  • Identifying self-sabotaging behaviors and devising goals

Session 4:

  • Emotional regulation and ADHD

  • Understanding the link between emotions and ADHD symptoms

  • Techniques for managing emotional dysregulation

Session 5:

  • Building healthy relationships and effective communication

  • Strategies for disclosing ADHD to loved ones and colleagues

Session 6:

  • ADHD and self-esteem

  • Overcoming feelings of inadequacy and failure

  • Celebrating successes and reframing negative self-talk

Session 7:

  • Navigating the workplace with ADHD

  • Identifying workplace accommodations and strategies for success

Conclusion:

  • Review and reflection on the journey throughout the sessions

  • Discussing each woman's progress and future plans

  • Celebration of achievements and closure

There are two weekly group session times available to sign up for.

  • Weekly on Wednesdays at 7pm, tentative start date Jan 10th

  • Weekly Saturdays at 10 am, tentative start date Jan 20th

Upon check out, you will complete a form selecting your preferred group time.

Tentative start dates are based on group enrollments. All attendees will receive invites to each meeting.
