GOD. FAMILY. PURPOSE. -- These are the pillars that I live my life by. I play many roles, as I am sure you do also. Those roles include wife, mother, sister, friend, counselor, consultant, CEO and many more things that I am sure that I haven't thought to give a name to. At this point in my life, I am refining those roles and leaning into necessities such as balance and connection. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that's passionate about helping you "get out of your own way" through facilitation of workshops, courses, live discussion and consulting.
